Please ignore that "docfest" email.

Chris moved his scripts over to hugo (so they no longer conflict with
our daily testing on faulks) and the his bi-hourly web builds are
available at:

  http://mitgcm.org/r2_web_testing/
  http://mitgcm.org/r2_web_testing/latest/
