[MITgcm-devel] negative diagnostics freq

Curiouser and curiouser.  To match a pkg/diagnostics
snapshot, exactly, using dumpfreq, one needs to set:

dumpfreq=(freq/2+1)*deltat

Is there some logic behind this?
