[MITgcm-devel] negative diagnostics freq

Something weird when using pkg/diagnostics to obtain snapshots.
If I set freq=-20, I get a snapshot dump at timestep 10.
This expected?

(freq=20, behaves as expected, for otherwise exact same setup)

I'll have a look in the code see what happens but maybe there
is an easy explanation/justification I am not aware of?
