Hello Ed,

I did a mistake: I updated my working version, and 
all the experiment that uses mnc fail to run:
for example with exp0:

(PID.TID 0000.0001) *** ERROR *** NetCDF ERROR: Attribute or variable name contains illegal characters
(PID.TID 0000.0001) *** ERROR *** MNC ERROR: adding attribute '' to file 'mnc_test_20040922_0001/state.000001.nc'

On a freshly  downloaded version, get the same error.

Can you fix this problem ?
