One thought:
Would it be good to add the vertical mixing term using a
_kappaRTr(I,j,k,bi,bj,iTracer) macro. That could be defined as
#define _kapppaRTri,j,k,bi,bj,iTracer) kappaRTr(iTracer)
by default but it would allow three-d switching (for all tracers) easily.
It requires a tiny bit more care when adding the term but otherwise its not
really any extra work!
What do you think?
