Hi Martin,

How is it going with all your vertical mixing schemes ?

regarding global_ocean.90x40x15 "fail", I need to explain to Ed
how to use "testreport" before checking-in new things :-)

More seriously, I was thinking of changing calc_diffusivity.F
so that all ptracers can have their own background diffusivity
but without increasing the number of 3d array 
kappaRT,kappaRS,kappaRTr(1) ...

I was waiting until you check-in those 2 new vertical
mixing schemes ggl90 & opps and will also wait for Patrick 
to catch up with TAF. Just to let you know the short-term plan,
in case you were thinking of fixing this same piece of code.
