[MITgcm-devel] restarting cube sphere

Ou Wang has found that the model runs may not be
repeatable from a ckpt file when using nonlinear free surface.  We
think that this is because hFacC (and other hFacs) is changing in time
(by calls forward_step->update_r_star) but are not part of the ckpt
file that is used in a restart.  Does this make sense?
