[MITgcm-devel] standard optfile format

Hi,

In order to make diff of 2 optfiles useful,
(e.g., diff linux_ia32_ifc linux_ia32_g77)
I propose to follow a "standard" order in the different optfiles.

Ed like the way linux_ia32_g77 is written. 
I recently changed "linux_ia32_ifc+mpi_cg01" to follow the 
same ordering, with more lines needed for mpi and check-bounds option.

If everybody agree on this, we can change all the other optfiles 
as part of the "cleaning" and re-write them in the "standard" form, 
like linux_ia32_ifc+mpi_cg01
