[MITgcm-devel] vertical mixing

OK,
this is what I plan to do tomorrow morning (while you are all asleep, 
except for maybe Dimitris).
- I'll create a new tag:
checkpoint54e_pre
- add two new vertical mixing packages:
pp81 (Pacanowski+Philander)
my82 (Mellor+Yamada level two)
- tag everything with
checkpoint54e_post

The packages will work essentially the same way as KPP (only much 
simpler). Verification experiments will follow later.

If there are any objections (before you look at my code (o:), please 
let me know, and I'll refrain from executing the above plan.
