Yes, this was discussed at the last docs session and its currently near
the top of my MITgcm to-do list:

Unfortunately, everything on that list is superseded by the "climode"
scripts that I'm currently writing for John (due mid-Nov).

Oh, and please let me know if anything is missing from that list.
