Hi Alistair,

The original dates were lost during the import, but you can still get
(in gzipped "mbox" format) all of the support emails that were sent
prior to July 2003 from:

  http://mitgcm.org/pipermail/mitgcm-support/2003-July.txt.gz

or view them on-line at:

  http://mitgcm.org/pipermail/mitgcm-support/2003-July/thread.html
