[MITgcm-devel] XLIBS in genmake2

Ed,

What is XLIBS for in genmake2? It gets ignore by most versions of make 
but pmake (Altix) fails because it is undefined (otherwise pmake works 
perfectly). I couldn't find XLIBS in any build_options file or elsewhere 
in genmake2.
