[MITgcm-devel] updated manual online

Hi folks,

The latest build of the manual is now on-line at:

  http://mitgcm.org/pelican/

and it includes all the recent document updates.  Please have a look and
report any bugs/errors/etc.

Also, we've added a number of "redirection tags" to the manual so that
we can create more permanent URLs to specify various parts of the online
manual when we refer to them in emails, etc.  An example of how to
create a mapping is to just add the following lines to the LaTeX source:

  \begin{rawhtml}
  <!-- CMIREDIR:package_diagnostics: -->
  \end{rawhtml}

where, in this example, the string "package_diagnostics" is the
redirection code that you want to use.  Then we build the manual and all
of the codes will appear within:

  http://mitgcm.org/redir_mappings/pelican_mapping.txt

and these mappings can then be used with URLs such as:

  http://mitgcm.org/cmi_redir.php/package_diagnostics

The full list of all the redirect codes and their corresponding URLs are
available within all that files at:

  http://mitgcm.org/redir_mappings/

And kudos to Andy for making this work so smoothly!!!
