Hi Jean-Michel,

OK, theres a very clean and quick way to do this: add an "all_ioinc"
flag that defaults to false and, when true, overrides all the other
"*_ioinc" flags (that is, sets them all to true).  So you get both the
convenience of a single flag and the ability to use the existing flags.

I'll add it ASAP.
