[MITgcm-devel] seg.fault gone

Hi,

I fix something in diagout.F (in the MNC part) and i am now
able to run hs94.cs successfully on my laptop.

the monitor outputs from lab_sea are back also, and all the other
test-exp pass (on my laptop).

But given the fact that those seg.fault were difficult to reproduce
on faulks (the last testreport on Monday morning is OK, 2 exp.
were broken on Sunday morning, but nothing has been changed in 
between), its hard to be 100% sure that all the problems are fixed.
