[MITgcm-devel] problem with I/O ?

What the #$%@ is the matter with mpi I/O.
I am running "testreport -mpi -t global_with_exf"
and get output files that are shorter than expected
14220 instead of 14400 bytes, and which are
half-empty.  Has anyone else experienced
similar problems?
