[MITgcm-devel] MPI testing scripts

Hi folks,

Per the meeting yesterday, I just checked in all of the testing scripts
that I use on both cg01 and ITRDA and they're available at:

  MITgcm_contrib/test_scripts/cg01
  MITgcm_contrib/test_scripts/acesgrid

The ITRDA scripts are slightly more complicated since I was not able to
use the "mpack" utility on the ACESgrid compute nodes.  Thus, a two-
level set of scripts is run so that email can be sent from the head node
(where mpack does work).
