[MITgcm-devel] cleanup of "build" and ".cvsignore"

Hi folks,

I just did a cleanup of the "build" dirs and the ".cvsignore" files
within verification.  And to spare everyone from getting inundated with
CVS emails, I briefly turned off the echo to the MITgcm-cvs list.  Its
back on now and everything should be functioning normally.
