[MITgcm-devel] ctrl_bottom_topo

Chris,
I agree with Patrick: it's a complete copy of the code (based on 
checkpoint45), which is completely messy; and the gradient computations 
are broken.
I understood MITgcm_contrib as add-ons to the main branch, but 
ctrl_bottom_topo certainly doesn't have much to do with the main branch 
anymore (it will at some time in the future, but that may be weeks to 
months).
