Hi Chris,

running the atmosphere on 6 cpu (cs grid), using exch2, 
compiled with ifc -O3 on the cluster,
I get some of the Sum(rhs) that are exactly zero:

 cg2d: Sum(rhs),rhsMax =   0.00000000000000E+00  1.06818838110919E+04
 cg2d: Sum(rhs),rhsMax =   0.00000000000000E+00  1.06979685650239E+04
 cg2d: Sum(rhs),rhsMax =  -9.31322574615479E-10  1.07136971737441E+04
 cg2d: Sum(rhs),rhsMax =   0.00000000000000E+00  1.07290892253112E+04
 cg2d: Sum(rhs),rhsMax =  -9.31322574615479E-10  1.07441349666921E+04

It looks strange, no ?
