I can't ssh in to the UCAR bluesky or blackforest systems.  Its as if
they're still off-line following that security incident some weeks ago. 
Or perhaps I need to get my account renewed?

Do you have access to the UCAR systems right now?  Or any other IBM SP
POWER3 or POWER4 clusters?
