Hi Dimitris,

If you have a bibtex bibliography, please go ahead and check it in to:

  ${CVSROOT}/MITgcm/doc/api_reference/

I can also set the "configure" script to use the bibliographies in:

  ${CVSROOT}/manual/

if that would be helpful.
