[MITgcm-devel] renaming verification/flt_example/aux

Ed, is it possible to rename verification/flt_example/aux,
for compatibility with cygwin.  Or maybe move everything
to a new directory and leave aux empty?
I am getting hooked to the XP+cygwin environment.
So it would be nice to have 100% MIT GCM functionality.
