[MITgcm-devel] about pkg_default

Hi,

I have few remarks about the pkg_group definition :

> gfd : mom_fluxform mom_vecinv generic_advdiff debug mdsio mnc rw monitor
> oceanic : gfd gmredi kpp
> atmospheric : gfd timeave shap_filt

Apart from periodically adding and removing mnc from the gfd group,
it seems to me that until pkg/diagnostics is used by default,
timeave should be part of the oceanic group (in fact, some 
gmredi diagnostics are only available through timeave pkg).

The second thing is about the use of the "atmospheric" group of pkgs:
only 3 verifications experiments use this group
but all of 3 also have timeave & shap_filt explicitly included
in their local packages.conf
This does not seem very logical, and might be confusing for any
fresh user.
