I've put some lab_sea and advect_cs test results at:

  http://mitgcm.org/eh3/lab_sea/

and they seem to indicate that the advect_cs test was broken between
March 12th and 13th and lab_sea was broken perhaps as early as sometime
in February.  But that needs to be looked at.
