Ed,
Using the latest version lab_sea fails and it seems to fail all the way back
to the beginning of March - not based on the web-site but on checking out
the model with different dates (-D option). I'd like to know when lab_sea
got broken because the when helps tell us why. Can you verify for me that
lab_sea is currently broken on the head branch? I may have to leave this in
yours hand - chances are that we're heading into hospital in a few hours...
A.

Hi Alistair,
If you follow the link from the testing page (center of the page, between
the tables) to the archives, you'll see:
http://mitgcm.org/testing/results/2004_03/
that the lab_sea test was failing in much the same way as you report:
http://mitgcm.org/testing/results/2004_03/tr_myrinet-4-03_20040318_0/summary
.txt
http://mitgcm.org/testing/results/2004_03/tr_myrinet-4-17_20040318_0/summary
.txt
for a few days. So chances are that you have some older input and/or
results files. On the 16th, Dimitris checked in some new results for
lab_sea and I think it was fixed not long after that.
And the recent problems with auden, faulks, and stale NFS mounts has
disrupted the testing scripts. For instance, the results emails still
aren't arriving from cg01 and I'm trying to figure out why.
