Hi Chris,

I've grep-ed through the CVS archives and the file you're looking for
seems to be: 

  mitgcm.org/sealion/download_software/sideMenuBarFrame.html

which contains links to all of the above.  It hasn't been edited within
CVS for more than two years.  And I'm trying to figure how it used to
fit into the web site since the current build scripts don't incorporate
it.
