[MITgcm-devel] problem with getcon

getcon.F does not work on SGI altix:

ld: getcon.o: Relocations in generic ELF (EM: 3)
getcon.o: could not read symbols: File in wrong format
make: *** [mitgcmuv] Error 1

Is there a quick fix?
