[MITgcm-devel] editing the manual

Hi folks,

Andy just asked about editing and building the MITgcm documentation on
Fedora Core machines and the upshot is that generation of PDF and
PostScript work just fine but HTML creation (latex2html) is broken. 
There is a work-around, but its cumbersome.  So I'm setting up a script
(cron job) that will do nightly builds of the HTML and put it on our web
site.  I'll send more details as soon as its all working.

In the mean time, if you're using a Fedora Core machine, please just do
a "make pdf" or "make ps" in the "manual" directory to check any edits
before committing them to CVS.
