No - but there has been some tidying up to make a unified build setup for
both forward and adjoint back in November, so the adjoint stuff has moved.
I believe the genmake2 HOWTO will talk about how to do TAF/TAMC these days -
Ed/Patrick?

Hi Chris,

Ed downloaded the latest version of the code for me.
And there is a problem : the MITgcm/adjoint directory
is empty, so it's not even possible to compile the adjoint
model.
Did I miss something ?

Hi David,

 That looks right. Can you talk to Ed. There was some fix going on related

to cvs that may still be in progress.

Thanks,

Chris

Hi Chris,

If I got it right, I should download checkpoint53, make the

changes, and you will check it in back, right ?

So the major issue is :

-> cvs co -r checkpoint53 -d c53orig MITgcm cvs [checkout aborted]:

-> connect to mitgcm.org(128.31.2.31):2401

failed: Connection refused

Am I doing it wrong ?
