[MITgcm-devel] RNG

Hi Andrea,

Theres a portable RNG inside MITgcm at:

  model/src/port_rand.F

And here ("MT") is a high-quality RNG thats used by many projects:

  http://www.math.keio.ac.jp/~matumoto/emt.html

so its been thoroughly tested.  I'll be happy to add MT to MITgcm if you
or others want it.
