That's pretty inconvenient for anyone who has local code modifications of
their own. How long is pserver going to be out of commission?

Due to recent security problems, our CVS pserver module has been temporarily
disabled. In its place, we're making daily CVS snapshots available as tar
files at:

  http://mitgcm.org/download/daily_snapshot/

We've added a paragraph (with the above link) to our web site describing the
problem.
