Hi,
I changed the code so that Qnet is always the net heat flux,
whatever the short-wave heating is used or not.
I did the minimum changes in pkg/exf (just the S/R exf_mapfields.F,
that fill-in Qnet), and I hope it's ok.
Unfortunately, the results of natl_box changed a little, only
11 digits right for cg2d, and I had to update the output.txt
to get it "pass" on faulks.
regarding pkg/seaice, I had to change 2 S/R : growth.F & budget.F
I still get a "pass" on faulks for lab_sea, but not 100% sure
that every thing is right (Dimitri, it might be worth to check
that what I did is OK before using the modified version)
The content of some output files (e.g. QNETtave) have changed,
because Qnet has changed, but I guess it's as it should be.
See you,
Jean-Michel
