[MITgcm-devel] mom_[u/v]_bottomdrag

Hello,

mom...bottomdrag routines are still in both
mom_vecinv/ and mom_fluxform/
Do they need to be duplicated?
I should think, no.

The ones in mom_vecinv/ are more rudimentary,
so if it's OK I'll remove these,
and move the other ones into mom_common/

OK?
