I understand that exch_w2 needs (for now) a specific CPP_EEOPTIONS.h
with #define USE_W2
but my problem (in fact the reason why I was not too much in
favor of having CPP commands in genmake2, Makefile and in
.h files) is that I don't know what will append 
when I will type genmake2 -mpi  and after make
with:
#undef  ALLOW_USE_MPI
#undef  ALWAYS_USE_MPI
still in CPP_EEOPTIONS.h

Which of those 2 will win ?

Can you clean up those CPP_EEOPTIONS (all CS exp) also ?
