[MITgcm-devel] do we need exch_z ?

Chris, could you try your adjustment.cs tests with viscA4Grid
rather than viscA4.  It could be that exch_z in ini_curvi
impacts only the scaling of viscA4Grid (or not?).

Not sure what a good value for viscA4Grid is for the coarse
problem.  Try viscA4=0, viscA4Grid=.004
