AH-HA!  OK, please don't compile on cg01 itself.  Please use one of the
actual compute nodes.  Not all the compilers and libraries are located
on the cg01 gateway machine.

The compilers are:

 1) /opt/intel/compiler60 is the "old, tried, & true"

 2) /usr/local/intel/compiler80 is the new and still-needs-some-
    tweaks version

 3) /usr/local/pkg/mpi/mpi-1.2.4..8a-gm-1.5/intel/bin/mpif77 is 
    the MPI version

I hope I haven't missed anything...
