[MITgcm-devel] more netCDF

Hi Andrea,

Heres (attached) the one-line-added optfile for linking against NetCDF.

Please send me the name of your machine and I'll install the latest
NetCDF RPMs

  http://mitgcm.org/eh3/netCDF/

on it right now.  Also, there is a NetCDF version installed on all
machines in /usr/local/[include & lib] but I don't know which compiler
(or even which compiler version if gcc) was used to create it.

Since the latest version (3.5.1) of NetCDF was just released a few days
ago and since it fixes some bugs (esp. on Linux/gcc), it would be best
to upgrade to it.
