Thanks, for doing that.

I'm struggling with bringing my version of mom_vi_hdissip.F upto speed 
with the stuff you and JMC have been upto. I've worked out better 
formulas for the Leith scheme but I implemented it all in version 1.11 
back in Sept and it's taken this long to evaluate. We're now on 1.16 and 
the damn loop structure has changed as well as new variables which 
happen to have the same name as mine!
