Hi Dimitris,

I can't say exactly whats wrong since I'd need to have a copy of all the
files (including the headers) to see what happened.

That said, I looked at cal_readparms.F from the head of the CVS tree and
noticed two unbalanced single quotes in two separate comments.  So
they're my best-guess-scapegoat based on the very limited info provided.
And I just checked in a fix to CVS.

If you continue to have problems, *please* send me a copy of the
"cal_readparms.f" file so that I can at least pick through the output
from the C preprocessor and see what it did.
