[MITgcm-devel] netcdf, specifying paths

So it WAS a stupid question (as usual I cannot give you an account on 
this machine, bu there is no need). I just found genmake_warnings (o: 
And there I can see that appearently the netcdf libraries are not 
longer in sync the compilers (WRONG ELF class), they need to be 
rebuilt.
