Hello Martin,

Well, I think PP81 and MY80 are different enough to make 2 
different packages. And I don't know how the plume parameterisation
works, but if you say it's "more tricky", an other package sound
better to me.
So, I vote for 3 packages, one for each.
This also mean that when only 1 pkg is compiled, it doesn't take
too much memory.

For the "diffusivity per process" that Alistair mentioned, we are
almost there (KPP, GM & IVDC already have they own diffusivity).
Will check rapidly if something needs to be changed.
