[MITgcm-devel] support for NetCDF on the cg01 cluster

Hi folks,

As recent verification runs show:

the "exp0" test is building and working which means that the MNC package
(NetCDF) can be used with the following three optfiles:

  MITgcm/tools/build_options/linux_ia32_g77+mpi_cg01
  MITgcm/tools/build_options/linux_ia32_ifc+mpi_cg01
  MITgcm/tools/build_options/linux_ia32_pgf77+mpi_cg01

on the cg01 cluster.

If you run into any problems with these optfiles, please let me know!

ps - Yes, I do realize that the date on the myrinet-4-08 node is 
  about two days into the future so we're probably having some 
  ntpd problems on the cluster.  Should be an easy thing to fix...
