Hi Ed,

 Tests look good.

 For the case where OPTFILE Name is "not_explicitly_specified" its hard to
tell which compiler was used. Could you keep the Makefiles in the
testing/results/DATE/PLATFORM/EXPERIMENT subdirectories so that its possible
to check this - or if there is a nicer way to keep this information please
do that.

 BTW - all the adjoint tests are failing at the moment! I assume that is due
to the timestepping reorg.
