[MITgcm-devel] putting exner function in GRID.h common blocks

hi there,
before i do this, i was wondering if there are any objections
out there. i would like to put the exner function, computed
in ini_p_ground as part of the computation of the surface
geopotential, in the GRID.h common block sequence. i will
change only ini_p_ground as a consequence of this. any other 
problems or objections?
