[MITgcm-devel] Reminder on optim. level for ECCO stuff (and exf, etc...)

A reminder (for myself!)
that when things start to look (subtly) weird in 
conjunction with packages exf, cal, ecco 
(the usual suspects), and with the adjoint,
one of the first things to check is optimization level.

E.g. our build_option defaults

-O3 on IBM SP4 fails for forward model (in conjunction with exf, cal)

-O5 on DEC/Alpha fails for adjoint model (no ECCO package).
