Description: To facilitate overhauling our front-end web pages we should import the non-generated pages (i.e. everything except the sealion documentation pages) into Frontpage. We will need to figure out how to do version/access control with Frontpage. Does Ed have access to frontpage yet?

I'd prefer to do the non-LaTeX-generated web work in DocBook (SGML) such as:

  http://mitgcm.org/dev_docs/devel_HOWTO

unless you folks have objections.  And by using DocBook its easy to store it in CVS -- which I'm doing.
