[MITgcm-devel] Iou notes

Jeff/Jean-Michel/Ed,

 Here are the notes I have from the IOU (cool name huh!) discussion we
just had. Let me know if something looks wrong. I already noticed that
we said ocean puts out SSS for sea-ice but didn't seem to note sea-ice
as using SSS? Also we didn't seem to note the sign conventions after all
that! 

 I'll try and get the tabulation done ASAP. But please let me know if
something looks odd in the raw notes
