[MITgcm-devel] cd_code done

Hi there,

there's a little 'inconsistency':
File name is cd_code_ini_vars.F but routine name is cd_code_init_vars
Not a big deal, but also not very nice, e.g. when figuring out
what to add to the cd_code_ad_diff.list
I'll change it along wih other changes
(CD_CODE_VARS.h now missing in the_main_loop for AD purposes)
and check those in later.
