Hi Ed, verification/global_with_exf and verfication/lab_sea use
components of ecco (pkg/cal and pkg/exf).

There is a bunch of verification experiments for the complete ecco
package (global1x1_tot, global2x2_tot, and natl_box_adjoint) but they
live on "ecco-branch".  Patrick is the expert on ecco-branch.

On a separate topic.  Do you know if there is an automated test for the
pickup files anywhere in the verification experiments?
